President/CEO

John has an extensive international business background spanning over 25 years in various industries including manufacturing, medical, electronic document management, software product launch, technology, transportation, printing, and service related industries. He is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Quality Expert. John is an instructor in international distant learning of Lean Six Sigma offered by the Business Engineering Professional Education through Purdue University. John is proficient in directional vision analysis, strategic execution, change management, process development, and business process re-engineering and cross-functional team education following Project Management and Lean methodologies. John has provided success in startups, rescuing struggling ventures, assisting and developing problem solvers in growing mature companies to the next level with tremendous results. John utilizes his extensive business knowledge and experience along with Project Management Processes, Lean Six Sigma methods in a variety of business settings focusing on Scope, Time, Cost, Risk Management, Quality, Standardization, Stabilization, Optimization and Continuous Improvement. John is a true motivator, passionate and focused on exceeding customer requirements and expectations through identifying, analyzing, and improving value added business processes, team building, communication, and reduction of non-value added waste.An accomplished international public speaker and experienced facilitator. George Curtis

Director of Communications

At heart George is a many faceted, innovative creator. He currently instructs a variety of subjects at six different educational institutes. He not only teaches but builds curriculum, manages events and has started many of these programs from scratch; creating diverse business models to fit each departments demands and schedules. He is an adjunct instructor able to fill many teaching roles and instruct a wide range of levels and ages. To George, the most important and similar thread through all of his complex programs, teaching, marketing, and selling, are the personal relations, motivating and inspiring people through everything he manages. George has been a watercolor artist selling and commissioning works of fine art, a composer for orchestras in the Bay Area and plays a large selection of musical instruments.

Kevin Jackson

Kevin began his career with UPS with a break to serve in the US Air Force where he received an Accommodation Veteran. Kevin has an MBA from Holy Names University, as well as a Green Belt in Lean certifications from Villanova.
He has been responsible for implementing processes and initiatives to enhance cross-enterprise and create a continuous improvement culture. Lead business process improvement through the implementation of Synergy initiatives supporting one of CCR Product Supply System’s (PSS) Manufacturing groups. Provide leadership on the full range of business, leadership, technical, and process improvement opportunities across a Supply Chain Region. Work with leadership to implement, and apply OE tools to solve the problems and train those working on initiatives. Accountable for increasing the number of associates capable of training and leading initiatives using formal problem solving tools. Focus on creating a work environment that engages employees at all levels in the business to help drive out unnecessary work (waste), improve and simplify processes, and continually reduce costs.

Alicia Butler Pierre

Alicia Butler Pierre, LSSBB, is the founder and Director of Operational Excellence at Equilibria, Inc. – an operations management firm specializing in business infrastructure. Committed to doing the right things the right way, Alicia has a proven ability to design and optimize processes that maximize value in both manufacturing and transactional environments. She credits much of her successful career on the basic engineering tenet that every problem has a solution.

Her passion for process design and improvement began while working for various manufacturers as a Chemical Process Engineer. Alicia eventually transferred those skills to transactional environments where she saw an equally important need to document, replicate and improve upon organizational best practices. Her journey as both an Entrepreneur and trusted Corporate Advisor has led her to work on scores of projects ranging in size across various industries and sectors.

Alicia’s ability to blend scientific, business and mathematical methodologies to solve complex operational problems enables her to bring a unique perspective to her clients and audiences. Her specialty is in process mapping. She also invented a proprietary methodology for building sustainable business infrastructure to support fast growing companies. To date, she’s written a combined 100+ white papers, presentations, articles and case studies as her contribution to the global body of knowledge for process design and improvement.

Alicia lives in Atlanta, GA and in her free time she enjoys mentoring children and traveling with her husband. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University. Additionally, she has an MBA from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is a proud member of Toastmasters, the Institute of Management Consultants and the Project Management Institute.
